Mexico/Canada - Can I Come back to US if My Visa Rejected

That's the risk of going for visa stamping in a third country.

Thank you JoeF, what if it happens in the home country can we reenter with old visa stamp?

No you cannot, your existing visa will be cancelled and stamped with CWOP irrespective of your interview outcome.

I would say avoid the risk of stamping and travel on your existing visa before September 2018.
