bondkumar
I have Citizenship interview scheduled in 2 weeks. Employer A applied for AOS in 2007. Switched to employer B in 2009 and started the labor process again in EB2 and used AC21 portability to port priority Dates. Received GC in 2011. worked for this employer till 2015 and switched again. Question: Do i get asked about the AC21 portability(got green card through employer who actually did not file AOS) documents at the interview or any documents relating to my first/second employers. I do have copies of both I140 approvals. I do not have access to AC21 documents submitted by attorney and i no longer work for that company so not sure if they are really willing to provide me anything. Link to comment
pontevecchio
You will in all likelihood not be asked anything except to state whether the filled up N400 form is factual and correct . Link to comment
