canIgetEb1
Place of birth mentioned in my BC is small town which is outskirts of nearest City. so in passport authority used nearest City. It's like all small town and all the legal work is getting done in City and passport authority used the City name,as PinCode of city has been shared by town. So when I trying to file the I-485, I see the difference between BC and Passport. Which one I should use, place listed in BC or passport? the observation is, place of birth, it's just stated <town name> and in Top it was mentioned just state name. appreciate if someone who has similar situation can share their experience . pontevecchio
Use the Birth Certificate. For example you may be born anywhere. The US Passport is issued by the Department of State. Keep it simple. Quote Link to comment
