Working in payroll outside of US and holding a valid H1B but travel back to USA in b1/b2 visa will it affect the 365 days outside USA law for EB1.

I am a nonimmigrant worker in USA in H1B but planning to go outside of USA for work for a year with payroll change. But within the year planning to come sometimes to USA in B1/B2 visa. Will it affect the 365 days count for EB1.
