Traveling alone on H4 Visa, first time entry

Can my spouse on H4 Visa enter into US alone for the first time. I am on H1B valid till Aug 2018. Is it recommended, can there be any problems ? Thanks

I am assuming you are here in H1 status. So why would you expect any trouble? There should be none.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I am on H1B, was just wondering if the immigration offer would expect me to present with my spouse for the first time entry.

No. You just have to be in the US. The rule is that a dependent on H4 can travel with the primary person on H1 or can travel later.
