DS-160, a very quick question, urgent reposnse please.

Hi,

My sister and brother-in-law  will apply for a Visitor visa (B2) to visit with a tour group for two weeks.

When the DS-160 asks for contact person in the US, would it help to put my work email (Federal Govt) or is it better to put my person email (yahoo, gmail etc.)? Or it doesn't matter at all?

This may be very simple for many but my sister+BIL's application was declined in the past so I am trying to figure what may help (they are well to do, she has a permanent employment, no children). I am a US citizen.
