doceb1 Posted January 21, 2018 Report Share Posted January 21, 2018 My parents came to US under Visitor visa and their stay expires in 3 months, I am a US Citizen and applied for their green card 1 month ago and we already got receipt notices for 485 and also 131 and 130 but they are not approved yet. They finished the Biometrics. My questions is if they need to stay here beyond 3 months, Do I need to file for extension of B1 visa or or they in status by the fact that they have pending 485 application.
