Kumar2611 Posted January 11, 2018 Report Share Posted January 11, 2018 Hello, I got my H1-B approval notice(currently residing in US), and i filed COS petition for my wife separately (from F2 to H4, in Aug 2017) which is still in process. And currently at EAC they are processing for March 2017. My question is can my wife travel along with me to India, I know her COS would be abandoned but will that make any issue while applying H4 visa along with my approved H1-B visa. Kindly let me know the clarification, as i’m not able to find any resources or help to get this information. Thank you. Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted January 11, 2018 Report Share Posted January 11, 2018 She can come with you and get the H4 visa. Make sure you have the receipt for the COS from F2 to H4 in case they ask to see it. No issues with this. Link to comment
