what does this email mean? is my VISA approved??

so i've been thru a heck of an AP journey. i came to India in July 11. Got a Yellow AP bc the VO didn't even ask for documents. Aug 28 - first update and was asked to come in. They gave me another blue slip with AAP. WOW. anyway, on Dec 29 - i got the email to submit passport. the email i got is listed below

"IMPORTANT: If you are the principal visa applicant and you applied with your spouse and/or children, please submit their passports as well. As appropriate for your visa application type, please submit a copy of your I-797, I-20, or DS-2019. 
Dear Sir/Madam: 
Greetings from the U.S. Consulate General Mumbai. 
Please follow the instructions below in order to continue processing your pending visa application further. 
We are ready for final processing. Please submit your passport, copy of your I-797 , pending letter to the Consulate General via any of the 11 document delivery locations. Please visit www.ustraveldocs.com/infor more information. Please carry a copy of this email for ready reference.

anyway, i'm going to submit my passport jan 3. So here's my question. is my case approved?

Can you please tell me where you have submitted your passport in mumbai??

Can you please help me suggesting how to submit the docs becuase when I sent the documents to Mumbai location they returned it saying that they do not receive document like this.
