SanathP Posted December 11, 2017 Report Share Posted December 11, 2017 Hello, My H1B visa application was selected in the lottery in April 2017 but my employer did not reply to the RFE before the deadline(Dec 6) and also does not want to continue with the visa application. 1) Can I get it transferred to another employer? 2) What is the way forward? 3) Do i need to go through the lottery again?
