Travel for India for first time H1 B stamping

Hi,

My employer has filed my H1 this year and it is approved and other employer is also interested to take me  as an employee so he filed H1 b for me and it is still in processing.My question here is can I travel to India to get my H1 stamped while my other H1 is in pending state?

Go and get your visa and come back to your employer. Then you are able to change in future subject to your contractual obligations. It has also been said that getting the visa renders you cap counted and able to change employers. Be very careful of small bit operations.
