Currently, I am applying for PHD and likely be accepted with full funding by a Public State University. Will there be an issue while applying for F1 visa? Should I get it transferred here or go back to India for stamping? I have also an option to start my green card process on H1. But I have not started it yet because I am interested in going for PHD.
