Adi77 Posted October 3, 2017 Report Share Posted October 3, 2017 L2 EAD is valid until 05/2019. I got my H1B approved effective 10/2017. Can I choose to use the L2 EAD first and switch to H1B at a later point in time. Link to comment
JoeF Posted October 3, 2017 Report Share Posted October 3, 2017 If the H1 was a COS, you are now in H1 status, and you have to start working for the H1 employer. The L2 and the EAD are invalid now. Link to comment
