Visitor visa for elder brother - Graduation ceremony

Hi,

i have done my masters and working for an IT firm in my OPT period. In December of this year am doing my graduation walk. So for that ceremony I have sent invitation letter to my parents and my elder brother. My father is a state government employee still in service and my mother is a home maker. I have a doubt regarding my brother about his visa approval, he is working as Software engineer for more than 6 years in India for a reputated company. He is not interested to settle down in US (he just wants to attend the ceremony).

Can you please suggest me, about the success rate of visa approval for him. Based on your answer I will book visa slot for him.

It is better that you stay out of the equation and let them apply for the visa. If you graduated from a kosher college, their chances are much better.
