Am I allowed to work outside US  e.g. Europe (while my I485 is pending)?....Will there be any impact to my GC process and will I be able to enter US ocassionally, based on my Advance Parole? Will there be any problem in renewing the EAD/AP card (every 2 years)?

You should consider consular processing.
