VinayMedam Posted September 1, 2017 Report Share Posted September 1, 2017 Hi, My H4 Visa stamped date is valid until 12th Sep 2017 and when she entered I-94 has been given until 22nd Sep 2017. Currently we are in the middle of filing extension ( not filed yet ). Till when my dependents can stay in US : is it Visa stamped date ( 12th Sep ) or I-94 expiry ( 22nd Sep ).
