But I got I-94 till June 02 2017 which was old passport expiry date and I renewed my passport. 2. My I-94 got expired on June 02 2017 and in order to continue to stay in US my employer filed my H1B extension. 3. Now can I go out of US and come back with new I-94 based on my current I-797 ie till March 2018? 4. What can happen to my visa extension application? 5. If I get new I-94 based on that can I transfer my H1B to new employer? Link to comment
