ss1290 Posted July 13, 2016 Report Share Posted July 13, 2016 Hi , My OPT was expired in June . My H1B was selected in the lottery and I'm currently on cap-gap extension. To be on a safer side , I'm planning to apply for STEM extension. Unfortunately, if my H1B got denied , can I apply for STEM Extension when I'm on cap-gap period (i.e before Sep'30) after knowing the H1B status. Thanks, SS Link to comment
