cgarimilla
Hi, I found out my I94 got expired but my I797 is still valid. Last time when I entered USA my I94 date was updated with my VISA expiration date i.e 09/2015 and not I797 Expiration date 10/2016. What are the available options in my case? Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance Link to comment
pontevecchio
Get it corrected by the CBP. Make sure to run this by your company Lawyer/HR/Supervisor ASAP. Link to comment

madgo123
hi, I am in similar situation. Which CBP did your attorney file the case with, has it to be the CBP at PoE? My attorney says it may take from 2 weeks to 2 months, I am curious to find if there is a way to get it expedited? May be walk-in at the CBP office or can that be risky? Link to comment
pontevecchio
Call them by phone and then go and see them. Be very polite and brief. Any CBP Office will do. If a lawyer is already involved run it by him first. Link to comment
