joberoi Posted February 8, 2016 Report Share Posted February 8, 2016 Hello - My wife and I have EAD/AP card (GC processing) with 485 pending for over a year. I am the primary applicant. I may loose my job any time. What would my options be at that time? My wife is also working on EAD. I don't know if it matters but I am just couple of months away from PD being current as my PD is November 2008. Also, I-140 was filed and approved while I was working for another employer but my current employer ported over the PD Thanks in advance. Link to comment
