Arj999 Posted July 30, 2015 Report Share Posted July 30, 2015 Hi, I am currently working for a bank through my employer, My current opt extension is going to end in Mid August, I applied for H1 but no luck in lottery, So I took an admission in school to maintain my status till next year..So my new school semester is starting form Sep 14..is it legal to work in this grace period i.e is mid Aug to Mid Sep.
