mahegd
My current pay stub salary is double the salary in LCA(LCA 57K and current paystub salary 120K), will this have any impact on VISA stamping? Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
I donot know why people say NO but I feel you have to be cautious. The LCA and W2 figures must match or differ by some amount but in your case pay stub is almost double to your LCA and your LCA figure is somewhat on lower side. Be prepared with an answer if VO asks why so much difference... Link to comment

Sure, people get raises, but such a big difference looks suspicious. The OP should discuss his situation with a good immigration lawyer. Link to comment
