pbellamkonda Posted January 20, 2015 Report Share Posted January 20, 2015 Hi All, I had H1B till Oct 30 2016. Using this i797 my spouse got a H4 visa stamped and arrived to US. Now I have changed my client and applied for a new H1B, got a new I797 valid till Oct 30 2016 (same as before). So now, does my spouse need to apply for a any forms or inform USCIS ? Please advice.
