kapil26 Posted August 31, 2014 Report Share Posted August 31, 2014 Hi, I am currenlty on L1A and my 7 years is expiring soon in next 7 months. I was on H1 till Feb and my I140 is currently approved and my category is EB2. Since on L1A i can't stay beyond 7 years even on approved I140, please advice if I can use my expired H1 and i140 to get an extension for the stay? Link to comment
