Cops took me to county jail, I was booked and released and told that I will get a letter in mail. I would like to know my options in terms of: (1) H1B renewal (2) VISA stamping (3) Port of Entry (4) Green Card (5) Citizenship I have been reading the forum and it seems other than getting my case dismissed, the second best outcome for me would be Continuance for Dismissal. Is there any other alternative that could help me here. Link to comment
