hvramanan
Hello, I am currently in the US on L1A Visa and my visa is expiring on 23rd Jan 2015. I94 is valid till June 2016. I need to travel to India in the month of November 2014 for 3 weeks with family. When returning back to US (probably by 1st Dec) will there be a problem since by that time my Visa will be valid only for another 45 days. Thank you, HVR Link to comment
jairichi
No issue as long as your L1A petition is valid. Link to comment

I was actually wanting to know if the immigration officer would question me while returning referring to my visa expiry? Also what are the chances of my I94 getting extended for a further 2 or 3 years. thank you ramanan Link to comment
