neha_hyd
Hello, I am currently working with Company A and I had my H1-B Visa stamp valid until 2013 for Company A. If I transfer my H1 from Company A to Compnay B and after I get the approval from Company B and then If I travel out of USA before visa stamp expires then do I need to go stamping again or can I come back with I797 from Company B? Thanks!!! Link to comment
pontevecchio
Existing visa plus latest H1 approval would do. Link to comment
Chitown01
As long as your stamping is valid and you have I 797 approval from Company B you should be fine. You don't need visa stamping again Link to comment
JoeF
You can enter with a valid H1 visa and the approval notice from the current employer. Link to comment
dumbri
@neha_Hyd, If you have valid visa, you can come back with old visa and companyB new I797 . No need to go for stamping. Thanks,! Link to comment
