Changing employers while on transfer in progress

I was working for company A and got offer from company B and C. I got H1 transfer receipt from both B and C. Yesterday I joined company B and did all joining formalities (I-9 and W4) but l didnt like the work I will be doing and now I am thinking if I could join company C  (as they have work profile as per my interest).

1. How soon I can quit B and join company C now? any impact on my H1 status ?

2. If I join company C, can company B revoke my H1B ?

3. Can I have a gap in my employment between joining B and C ? As I may need some time to move from B's location East coast to C's location West coast.

2. They do not have an approved H1 to revoke

3. I would suspect so based on recent changes.
