pontevecchio
The link explains it all. You will need a private school SEVP Certified. Your daughter would be in F1 status. You should consult a lawyer as needed. Link to comment
Cfg
We spoke to an attorney he said that she can go to school as long as her main goal is not study and she is accompanied by her parents, but we didn't had a discussion on public and private schools. Not sure if enrolling her in a public school now will create problems in the green card processing in the future. Link to comment
