H1b transfer when time left on 6yrs H1b and i140 approved

Hi

 

i have had an approve i140 for 1.5yrs and also have 1year 2months left on my 6yrs of initial h1b.

 

i want to change jobs and move to another employer and had some questions on the h1b transfer:

 

1. If I can change jobs now will my new employe get an h1b extension of 1year based on the time left on my initial 6yrs of h1b? Or will they get a 3yr extension based on my i140 from current employer?

2. If the new employer gets a 1yr extension only and have to file for another h1b extension after 1yr will they get 3yr extension based on my approved i140 from previous employer?

3. Are RFEs more common when firms try to apply for 3yr extension based on a different firms i140? And is it advisable to wait with my current firm, get 3yr h1b extension based on their i140 and then change employers ?
