Delay in H4 and EAD extention

Hi 

My husband's h1b renewal was filed in April and his company applied for my H4 and EAD on June 8th. My current H4 and EAD is valid upto July 15th. My husband's renewal came in June, I am still waiting on mine. 

1) What are the chances of getting my renewal in next 2 days ? 

2) What would be my status if the renewal delays ? 

3) Can I work while my EAD is under renewal? If not what are my options ?

1. You never know. But can take longer also.

2. You will be in status but you need to stop working until you get the EAD card in hand.

3. No alternative. You need to wait for EAD approval to continue working.
