H4 Stamping in India

I am in midst of a big confusion. I have to travel to India on 20^th July with my spouse and we have to go for stamping .

Regarding my visa status , I have got  approved amendment for my H1B by USCIS  which is valid till 17^th January 2018. I know , I can go for stamping using my I-797 (new amendment), but the confusion is around my spouse’s stamping. She is on H4  with me. My spouse’s i539 extension is under progress as she was not part of the H1b amendment and her visa is only valid till 23^rd Sept 2017 . Her Visa is stamped till 23^rd Sept 2017. Now if she is traveling with me, can she go for stamping with me and travel back to US in August last week 2017?
