Gc2013
Hi, I have an approved I140 from Employer A. PD - June 2013. I have switched to Employer B who will file for a new PERM and then port my PD.Employer A will not revoke I140 in case I wish to join back.I will have 2 approved I140.1. Will the I140 from Employer A cancel automatically after PD port? I would like to keep both I140 active in case I decide to go back to my old employer. Is that possible.2. If in futur, after i-140 approval from B, I quit company B and join to a new company C, company B will withdraw my approved i-140. So in that case, will my pd 2013 be lost? If company B revokes 140, does that mean my i-140 from A will also be nullified, as i port the PD from A? Link to comment
pontevecchio
1. No. They are mutually exclusive. 2. You retain the PD in the absence of demonstrable fraud. Employer seems to be a model employer keeping your job and options open for you. Link to comment
