Re-submitting AOS without lawyer

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I used a lawyer to help file my AOS and received a rejection. I would like to file again but without a lawyer.

Is the lawyer tied to the AOS submission since it was rejected?

Do I need to notify the USCIS that I am representing myself prior to submitting the application again? Or do I need to submit a g-28 and indicate on the form that I am representing myself?

Note: The lawyer submitted a g-28 form several months prior to the AOS filing.
