rajakkumar
Hello, Just wanted to understand as to what needs to be done for the below case of misinterpretation of the dates from the LCA, E3 visa copy of the primary applicant: Applicant Date of Issue Date of Expiry Date of Arrival to USA Date of Visa Expiry (CBP Stamp on Passport LCA Start Date LCA Expiry Visa Type E3 Visa Holder 04 Apr 2016 01 Mar 2018 17 Apr 2016 16 Apr 2018 01 Mar 2016 (from LCA) 01 Mar 2018 (from LCA) E3 E3D Visa Stamped Dependent 1 07 Feb 2017 03 Jan 2018 NA NA 03 Jan 2016 (Printed on Visa Label as Start Date) E3D E3D Visa Stamped Dependent 2 07 Feb 2017 03 Jan 2018 NA NA 03 Jan 2016 (Printed on Visa Label as Start Date) E3D Questions/Queries: Will there be an issue at the port of entry? Will there be an issue if we decide to get the visa renewed by any means at a later point of time once the visa nears expiry? Link to comment
pontevecchio
They can enter in dependent status as long as you are in valid status. The dates are not relevant even if they made a mistake. What is the concern? Link to comment
