H1b transfer approved without i94

Hi 

I got my H1b transfer approved without i94. I changed employers in Feb and the new employer applied for my transfer in Feb 2016. The previous employer revoked my visa in march 2016 and they were not ready to share the dates of i94 . My transfer got approved now without i94 .Do I need to go back to india for stamping or can I got to Mexico border for i94 extension ? My H1b 6 years visa ends dec 2017. Urgent pl advice

Yes, you need to leave ASAP and renter the country with a valid visa stamp so that you are issued a new I-94.

If you have a visa stamped on your passport, go to Mexico and then get a new I-94. If not you need to go for visa stamping.
