rajini1234
Hello All, My H1B is expiring this September end and my employer (Company A) had already filled for H1B Extension couple of months back (Say April). Now i have got an offer from Company B and they are trying to file my extension based on I-140 Approval notice along with change of employer petition now. That being said, i have the following questions/clarifications. 1) Filling H1B Extension by my current employer and the potential employer in parallel. Would it cause an RFE. Someone said that would be an issue. I'm little confused with my current status related to H1B. 2) If that would cause RFE, do i need to wait till my H1B Extension (Current employer) is approved and reapply H1B Extension by the new employer after that. 3) Is my situation above is termed as Bridging? I read online articles that says Bridging is riskier. Is that so? Would appreciate if you could give me some lights on this. Thanks, Raj Link to comment
