H4 EAD with 140 from old employer

I was working for a company ABC and got my 140. Recently transferred my H1 to another company XYZ. My new labor petition is not yet filed with new employer. 

 

Can I file H4 EAD for my wife with 140 from old employer  ?

Yes you can, provided if your previous employer did not revoke the approved I140
