H4 EAD extension very urgent

Hi All,

 

I'm on H1 and my wife is on H4. I applied for my H1 extension when my wife was in India under premium process and got approved. My wife back from India and now applying for her H4 extension. Can i apply her H4 EAD renewal while her H4 extension is under process??

Yes you can but the H4 EAD application process will begin only when the H4 extension is approved....
