Hello everyone, 

I'm working as a FTE and planning to apply H4 EAD renewal for my wife concurrently with my H1 + my wife H4. My attorney charges a fee if i go with them to fill in the renewal form. They can include the renewal package if i want to fill in the form myself. 

 

I have a question while filling in the  renewal form. There is a question (18) on Eligibility Category for H4 EAD and it needs my receipt number of H1B I797 form. The current one I have expires in October. Do I have to leave it blank? Just checking on how my H1 renewal will get linked to H4 EAD renewal. Thanks in advance.
