H1 to H4 EAD Fastest way.

Hi ALL,

I have a question, hope you can give me your thoughts or suggest better options.

 

My Wife is on H1B, and we are planning to apply for her H4 EAD. My objective being getting my wife’s H4 EAD ASAP. I can think of two options and i would like to know your thoughts on them.

 

Option 1:

My wife going for H4 stamping (which will take 3 weeks based on current wait times for H4 appointments) and then applying for H4 EAD.

 

Option 2:

I have a new job, if i change the job and apply for H1 Amendment(Premium processing)+ H4 COS + H4 EAD concurrently, will i have any advantage in processing times over option 1.
