H4 EAD - ( New ) - Can we travel to India during the application processing

Hi,

 

My I-140 got approved and planning to apply EDA for my spouse.

But she is expected to travel back to India in another 30 days. 

 

Will the EAD still get processed, even though she is india. As we are applying for the EAD before the travel and staying hear for 30 Days.

While applying your spouse should be in USA.

 

but after applying your spouse can travel not an issue.
