EAD - E-filing discontinued?

Hi All,

 

I know I sound lost, but I  need to renew my EAD and could not find an e-filing link on USCIS anymore. I do remember E-filing my EAD 2 years back.

 

Please help.

They brought it down since September 2015. I was also amazed, since they said they are upgrading to a new sophisticated system. So now the only way to renew is paper file. I am in the same boat.

 

Terrible customer experience in my opinion.
