H4 EAD impact as result of change of Employer for H1B

I am on H1B visa. I have my I140 approved under EB2 category in 2013 with a priority date of April 2012. I have also received 3 year extension under AC21 rule.

 

Last year, my wife was able to apply and get EAD in October under Obama administrations new ruling. She started working for her employer in Dec 2015. 

 

I have received an amazing job offer for a company and what that means is I have to transfer my H1B and start a new Immigration petition with them. Obviously I will be maintaining my H1 status throughout, but my I140 from previous employer will be revoked.

 

My question is what happens to my wife's EAD under this change? Does she has to notify her employer and leave her current job, or EAD is transferred as a result of my H1b transfer?
