knaidu Posted March 20, 2016 Report Share Posted March 20, 2016 Hi, My wife had an EAD when I was on L1B visa. Her EAD got expired in April 2014 and even my L1B expired in 2014 itself. Now I am on H1B visa and got my Perm and applied I-140. When I file for H4 EAD, which one of the below category should I select when I fill the I-765 application form. Permission to accept employment Renewal of my permission to accept employment Thanks for your help in advance. Link to comment
