srv008
Hi, Need inputs from you experts. I have an approved I140 (EB2) from employer A (consulting). He won't share the details. The only assurance that I had it approved is, my wife got EAD. Now, I am willing to take up a full-time opportunity from Employer B who is willing to file my GC in EB2. If I do so, a) How can I get my I140 details if my employer A is not willing to share? b) How can I port the Priority date from Employer A? c) Will the EAD for my wife be revoked? Thanks, Link to comment
sagi85
You can file FOIA to get i140 copy. Just google FOIA to get i140 copy, you'll get all the details. About EAD - Once EB retention rule is applied, there won't be any problem. That rule is in it's final stages may get applied in a couple of months. Link to comment
srv008
I filed FOIA and got the I140 application/approved copy. Is it enough? Thanks, Link to comment
