SanjayRamswami Posted March 7, 2016 Report Share Posted March 7, 2016 Hi All, My wife got an H4 EAD in last year December 2015 have an SSN and currently not working. I've changed from Employer A to Employer B in January 2016. Now Employer A is going to revoke my I140. Please help and let me know whether the H4 EAD status is invalid or can work on H4 EAD or need to wait until for my I140 approval. Link to comment
