eadquest Posted February 26, 2016 Report Share Posted February 26, 2016 Hi All, I have a strange case and require your help. I have a valid L2 EAD till July, 2016. However in dec 2015 we noticed that my husband's I 94 expired over a month and as per the suggestion of his company Attorneys, we went back to india and got a new L1 visa and back in USA now. My question now is can i use my L2 EAD that is from the previous visa and valid till 2016 july or need to get a new EAD done? Kindly advise. Link to comment
