sandeeptripathi Posted December 23, 2015 Report Share Posted December 23, 2015 I am currently in US on L1 B VSA. Both my I-94 and petition are expiring on 03/10/2016. Currently my company's immigration team is processing my L1 A conversion of status with USCIS. The case will be filed with USCIS this week. My wife is also currently in US on L2 with her VISA and I-94 valid till July 2018. I had applied for EAD for my wife and she got the EAD till 03/10/2016. Please find my question below: 1. Can I apply for my wife's EAD extension as soon as I get the receipt number from USCIS or do I have to wait for my case to be approved before I can file for EAD extension? Link to comment
