e.kames4u Posted December 3, 2015 Report Share Posted December 3, 2015 Hi, My H1 was rejected in June 2015 and applied for MTR in July and got the approval(both stay and petiotion) on Nov 14th 2015. In the mean time I applied for H4 ead in Septtember 2015 and got the ead approval on Nov 11th. So now I have both ead and H1B. Can you let us know which one will be valid? Thank you in advance.
